It's officially the week of Christmas (and less than 2 weeks before 2014 comes to a close), and before you know it the parties will end and the decorations will come down; a new year will be here and we will all be giving up on our resolutions. But cheer up because it's not over yet, and we still have plenty of time to celebrate! Today we're stirring up some holiday spirit with a dessert turned drink to enjoy before your 2015 diet kicks in: Apple Pie on the Rocks. It's easy to make and even easier to forget that it's alcoholic, so pour yourself a glass, cozy up by the Christmas tree, and soak up the goodness of the holidays.

Apple Pie on the Rocks
INGREDIENTS
· ½ cup Apple Juice
· 1 oz. Fireball Whiskey
· 1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
· Pinch of Cinnamon
· Cinnamon Stick (optional for garnish)
· Brown Sugar (optional for rim)
· Ice
DIRECTIONS
1. Rim glass with brown sugar.
2. Combine vodka, Fireball, apple juice, cinnamon, & ice and shake/stir well.
4. Garnish with cinnamon stick & enjoy.
